This was my second time visiting, and I can definitely say I really enjoy this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is excellent. We celebrated my little sister’s birthday here, and the staff surprised her by bringing out a bear and singing “Happy Birthday,” which was such a sweet gesture and made the celebration even more special. My favorite broth is the Healthy Herb (Ginseng) soup. It has a rich, comforting flavor that I always look forward to. I also tried the Sichuan broth, which was great at first, but after cooking in it for a while, it started to develop a slightly metallic taste. The only thing I didn’t love was that toward the end of our meal, we were told we couldn’t order certain items anymore. Since it’s advertised as all-you-can-eat, that was a little confusing and disappointing. I wish that policy had been explained more clearly from the beginning. Overall, it was still a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely come back for the food, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

The hot pot flavours are pretty good and will come back again for them. Barbecue wise limited selections over lunch time but reasonable given lunch price is generally lower. Wide selection of finger food, sauces etc and some simple fruits and desserts. Worthy a try for lunch price. No queuing anticipated unless during festive periods.

Absolutely 100% deserving of 5 ⭐️s. We had a fantastic experience! The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in, super friendly and kind! He explained the menu, pricing, time limits, etc., which made everything a breeze. We were then seated, and our server, Bill, was the best! After we sat down, he went over the menu with us and helped explain how to use the ordering tablet. Bill was an outstanding server: kind, fun, energetic, and genuine. Our cups were always full, solid suggestions, check-ins were consistent, and the BBQ grill was changed out regularly so we always had a clean one. Definitely someone you want to keep around! We were there about an hour before closing, and one thing that additionally stood out to me was their cleaning process. They took apart all of the grills and hot pot stations and deep-cleaned each one to ensure they were properly disinfected. The sauce and hot bar were also both very clean throughout our dining experience as well. This attention to detail will definitely have us coming back! If you’re on edge of trying Kpot, I recommend it no doubt!

We watched and waited anxiously for this spot to open. AMAZING! Our server was Bill, awesome guy! So nice, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The food choices were endless. We were celebrating my daughter's 11th son's 16th bday. One wanted hotpot the other wanted Korean Bbq BINGO! Both at the same table.. genius! The time limit is 2 hours which we thought there's no way we'd be there that long but with all the choices, great food and fun the time sure does fly! The salad bar is killer complete with all the hot sauces YUM! service is quick and staff super friendly. All food was fresh and delicious. Daughter is vegetarian, kpot had more options than any other hotpot/korean bbq in the area. We will be back! Thank you Bill for helping create such an awesome birthday dinner for my family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in for the lunch special and had a good experience overall. The hot pot lunch for $20.99 is a solid value. Ordering from the tablet was easy, and there were plenty of options including steak, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, and a variety of soup bases. The salad bar was a nice bonus and included fries, fried chicken, egg rolls, nuggets, shrimp, and a dessert bar with fruit. Plenty of parking made the visit easy and stress-free. Tip: Come hungry and take your time—there’s a lot to choose from, and the tablet ordering makes it easy to try a little of everything. Good variety, good value, and a fun lunch experience.
